Addleshaw Goddard advises Tenn Capital on Madrid property refinancing

Addleshaw Goddard has advised global lender Tenn Capital on the refinancing of a multi-million euro value residence in Madrid. 

The complex, cross border transaction involved Hong Kong, English and Spanish individuals and corporate entities, and reflects a growing number of centi-millionaires and billionaires leveraging assets across Europe that were previously unencumbered. 

The Addleshaw Goddard team was led by Head of Private Wealth Finance, Laura Uberoi, together with Shriya Unadkat in London, and the Madrid team of Patricia Galliana Mena, Fernando Raga and Jose Berjon lead by Felix Hernandez.
