Addleshaw Goddard has advised the shareholders of Skiddle, one of the UK’s leading independent ticketing and event discovery platforms, on a significant growth investment from Soho Square Capital.
The investment, which represents the first external capital secured by Skiddle since its establishment in 2001, will support the company’s ambitious growth strategy, including expansion into European markets, diversification into lifestyle events and further investment in technology, marketing and business development.
