Addleshaw Goddard advises Phoenix Equity Partners on investment in Minerva Virtual Academy

Addleshaw Goddard has advised Phoenix Equity Partners on its investment in Minerva Virtual Academy (MVA), one of the UK's leading online independent schools.

Founded in 2020, MVA provides a flexible, high-quality British education for students aged 11 to 18. The school has experienced rapid growth in recent years, serving students across the UK and internationally through a technology-enabled learning platform. The investment will support the next phase of MVA's growth and continued expansion.
