- DP World on its US$1.7bn JV with BII to invest in ports and logistics in Africa, with seed assets in Senegal, Egypt and Somaliland
- bp on the sale of its ground fuels business in Mozambique, including a number of retail sites and its 50% interest in the SAMCOL terminals JV, to TotalEnergies
- SSE on the sale, in two tranches, of 35 per cent of its equity interest in Beatrice Offshore Windfarm Ltd to Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners
