Addleshaw Goddard is advising J.P. Morgan and Bank of America in their roles as financial advisers to Petershill Partners plc on its proposed US$921m capital return, announced today. 

Petershill Partners is a diversified global alternative investment group, focused on private equity and other private capital strategies. The company listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2021. 

The Addleshaw Goddard team advising J.P. Morgan and Bank of America in relation to the financing of the capital return is led by partners Simon Wood and Ewen Scott, supported by managing associates Vinay Rawal and Alex Coventry.
