We would be delighted to invite you to a seminar, in partnership with Barton Willmore to look at the impact of the Autumn Budget and to see what lies beneath the Mayor's proposed policy revisions and discuss their implications for the Capital and the South East.

Later this month we will see the unveiling of the Autumn Budget and the publication of the latest London Plan revisions, which will be the first clear pronouncement of intention from Sadiq Khan, as London Mayor.

Much stands to be won or lost in this critical policy review, at a time when London and the South East continue to face challenges around industrial land supply, critical infrastructure and housing delivery and affordability.

On Tuesday 12 December, Addleshaw Goddard and Barton Willmore are teaming up to look at the impact of the Autumn Budget and to see what lies beneath the Mayor's proposed policy revisions and discuss their implications for the Capital and the South East. What are the Mayor's priorities, what impact could his policy changes have on the challenges faced by development projects, and what opportunities should the development industry capitalise upon?

We would be delighted if you could join us, our special panel of representatives from industry and many from across our client and partner network, to discuss these implications further over breakfast.
