The changing landscape, future risks and reasons to be prepared

In the aftermath of the Grenfell Tower tragedy, the legislation and regulatory system covering high-rise and complex buildings came under intense scrutiny. The disaster exposed serious failings across the design, construction, management and regulation in this area and has acted as a catalyst for change.

The Building Safety Act will be the biggest change in building and fire safety regulation for a generation.

Join speakers from the AG cladding and fire safety team (who have been advising the Grenfell Inquiry) together with external speakers Peter Bowe from Haalo and Bart Kavanagh of Probyn Miers/HKA to find out how the changes to building and fire safety will affect your organisation and the practical steps needed to make sure you are prepared.
