The finance market is facing revolutionary change.  Crowdfunding and other innovative platforms that facilitate funding for small businesses seeking capital to grow have begun their march on traditional lending sources.

Given the huge impact and opportunities for lenders and borrowers, Addleshaw Goddard in collaboration with Money & Co, Bibby Financial Services, LDC and KPMG have pleasure in inviting you to attend Finance for the 21st Century panel discussion.  This event will provide an excellent platform to:

  • discuss the current finance sector and hear from the sectors' leading players
  • hear and learn about the asset classes of intellectual property, peer to peer (P2P) loans and equity shareholdings
  • create a balanced portfolio of high-yield debt and risk-weighted equity for individual investors and lenders
  • review alternative finance, including crowdfunding, examine seed and mezzanine equity capital, loan credit and other products from diverse sources

The event will consist of a lively and enlightening discussion followed by Q&A on the challenges and opportunities for both lenders and borrowers.  It will also inform SMEs and help them prepare to be investment-ready for equity or debt funding from alternative finance providers.
