What is it?
Our Discovery Programme aims to inspire you and provide you with advice, tips and core skills as well as outlining how you can best develop them.
The four-part Discovery Programme will enable you to gain a deeper insight into working at AG in both our Transaction Services Team (TST) and our Innovation and Legal Technology team (ILT). You will hear first-hand how our paralegals and technologists work in combination with our lawyers to provide clients with the smartest, fastest and best solution to their challenges, as well as the wide-range of career pathways that are available.

- Who are the TST and ILT?

During the four-part series, you will gain:
- insight into the TST and ILT
- training and guidance to develop the practical skills that would help you to flourish in our teams
- insight into the recruitment process and how to prepare for applications and interviews for paralegal and legal technologist roles
- insight into the roles within TST and ILT through networking sessions with our teams. You'll hear from a range of professionals who work with us about their journey and experience.

Our Discovery programme is aimed at graduates from any discipline, students year 13 and above or career changers looking to find out more about the legal industry.
Our aim is to inspire you as you start your journey into law. If you're keen to build your knowledge, confidence and network ahead of applying for paralegal or legal technologist roles, our Discovery programme could be what you are looking for.
To experience the full benefit of the series, please only sign up if you are available to attend all sessions. There are limited spaces on the programme and we will allocate places on a first come, first serve basis. We will however, have a waiting list for future programmes.
