We offer enhanced maternity pay of 20 weeks at full pay.

Co-parent leave

We offer enhanced co-parent leave pay of 2 weeks at full pay.

Shared Parental Leave (SPL)

If a father or co-parent is eligible for SPL, we offer enhanced pay of 20 weeks at full pay (inclusive of any paid maternity, adoption or co-parent leave which is also taken). Paid leave may be taken at any time within the first 52 weeks of the child's birth and may be taken in a single or multiple blocks. Our policy applies regardless of any enhanced pay being taken by a co-parent (whether that co-parent is employed by the firm or by another employer). Since its launch, a number of employees have taken up our generous shared parental leave policy. 

Parental Leave

A total of up 18 weeks of unpaid leave can be taken by employees for each child up until the child's 18th birthday.

Our enhanced pay policies have a minimum qualifying period which matches the minimum qualifying period for statutory pay. In the case of enhanced maternity and SPL pay, we operate a claw-back provision if an employee does not return to work or leaves the firm within 12 months.
