Expertise

Paulina is a lawyer specialising in energy and regulatory law. She advises companies along the entire value chain on all matters energy. Additionally, her expertise covers decarbonisation and challenges related to the German GHG-quota obligations. She also advises on gas concession proceedings and legal issues associated with coal-fired combined heat and power plants. 

Education

Paulina graduated from a German-French highschool. During her law studies at University of Potsdam she took a special interest in American tort law. She passed the first state examination in December 2020.

Starting from 2021 she was a legal trainee at the Higher Regional Court of Dresden. Throughout her traineeship she worked at an international law firm in Berlin focussing on sector procurement law and the exemption decisions of the European commission in the energy sector. In 2023 she completed her traineeship and was admitted to the bar.

Paulina worked as a lawyer at another international law firm in 2023 before joining Addleshaw Goddard in January 2024.
