Ellie is a Managing Associate in our London Construction team with a particular focus on residential developments.

She has strong experience in acting for investors, developers and contractors on developments in the build-to-sell, build-to-rent, student accommodation, affordable housing and later living sectors.

Experience

Advising Pensions Insurance Corporation as forward funder on its build to rent and affordable platforms and on its precedents. This work included PIC’s first GBP 50 milliob investment into the affordable housing sector via a new equity strategy.
Advising Watkin Jones as part of a joint venture developer delivering student accommodation schemes in Bristol, Glasgow and London and as contractor on all of its precedents.
Advising an International PERE fund on their joint venture as forward funder delivering circa 800 built to rent and affordable homes across three sites in London.
