David is an all-round specialist in corporate real estate and co-heads the Real Estate team in Amsterdam. David assists Dutch and international clients, ranging from institutional investors, private equity-backed real estate funds and international investment managers to developers, family offices and corporate occupiers, across a wide range of real estate transactions. His client base spans both domestic and cross-border mandates, reflecting his extensive network in the real estate market.

David advises on the full spectrum of commercial real estate work, including the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, acquisitions of real estate companies (share transactions), project development and the real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions and restructurings. He regularly acts on mixed-use, logistics, office, retail, hospitality and residential assets. In addition, David advises on commercial leasing law, asset management-related matters and corporate law-related real estate matters, such as joint ventures and investment structures.

With a career shaped by experience at leading international law firms, David offers insights that transcend borders, making him a trusted advisor in complex, cross-border transactions.   • Advising Crossbay on their last-mile logistics platforms in the Netherlands, including the acquisitions of numerous logistic warehouses throughout the Netherlands, through asset deals and share deals of standing assets, developments, forward purchase and forward funding. In additional, we advise Crossbay on the asset management of its logistic portfolio in the Netherlands
  • Advising LUWE Capital Partners on several transactions, including the acquisition of OurCampus in Diemen, one of the largest student housing complexes in the Netherlands
