Dan is an Associate in the Real Estate department based in Manchester. His experience includes development projects, acting for institutional landlords and other clients with large property portfolios. He acts for both landlords and tenants, developers, investments funds, and public bodies.

Dan has also acted for a number of corporate occupier clients with good experience of working with and managing those client's property portfolios.

Dan's recent experience includes:

• Acting on behalf of Patrizia AG in connection with various estate management matters at Birchwood Park, Warrington, including substation and office lettings.
• Acting on behalf of a well-known public body in respect of a wide range of transactions relating to its large property portfolio including granting easements, advice on overage deeds and the surrender and re-grant of licences as well as general property management issues.
• Acting for a regulated company on a wide range of transactions relating to its operational business needs and its large property portfolio including sale of land for development and managing its legal requirements for the relocation of its assets. 
• Acting for Timpson Limited on the lease renewals process for its operational business and concessions.
