EXPERTISE

Przemysław specializes in assisting borrowers, both Polish and foreign financial institutions, and corporations in transactions involving project finance, acquisition finance, and real estate finance, including cross-border projects. He also advises on regulatory matters, particularly in projects that involve advising supervised entities in the financial sector. 

His experience encompasses assisting in the drafting and negotiating of finance and security documents, preparing legal memorandums and opinions, as well as supervising, collecting, and reviewing documentation related to conditions precedent and conditions subsequent to loan disbursement. He has also been involved in a number of due diligence projects.

Work highlights*

• Advising Resi4Rent on 12 financings for the acquisition and construction of the R4R platform.
• Advising Investika and Bud Holdings on financing of the acquisition of a logistics portfolio in Poland from 7R for over €150m. This acquisition marks the largest logistics transaction completed in Poland in 2024 and the second largest in Central Europe.
• Advising Investika and Bud Holdings on the financing of the acquisition of an office complex, Łużycka Office Park (buildings A, B, C, and D) and Łużycka Plus, located in Gdynia.
• Advising NREP, a leading Northern European real estate investor, on a PLN 229m loan provided by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to finance two residential rental projects in Warsaw.
• Advising the lenders on the €3.175bn financing of Brookfield's acquisition of European data centre operator, Data 4.
