• Advising Realty Income Corporation on the acquisition of several retail parks.
• Advising Battersea Power Station Development Company in the letting of an office unit in Battersea Power Station.
• Advising a US-based financial services firm on the leasehold acquisition of their headquarters in central London.*
• Leading negotiations for multiple retail leases within a property portfolio of over 250 stores in the UK for the world’s second-largest fashion retailer.*
• Advising a US healthcare corporation on aspects of their property portfolio ahead of the spin-off of a division of its business into an independent, publicly traded company.*
• Acting for a US institutional investor on the negotiation of asset management documents relating to their retail warehouse asset class.*
