Friederike provides comprehensive advice on all matters related to national and EU-wide procurement procedures and supports her clients throughout all phases of public tenders. Her particular expertise lies in advising clients from the healthcare sector.

In addition, she has been assisting national and international clients in the life sciences sector for over 15 years. She has extensive and well-founded experience in advising on medical devices and healthcare compliance. Her focus is both on regulatory advice for manufacturers and users of medical devices, as well as on the legal and strategic support of business models in the healthcare sector and the advertising of medical devices.

Before joining Addleshaw Goddard, Friederike worked at a boutique law firm specialising in social and social security law, and for over 15 years at a leading commercial law firm.

Education
  • Friederike studied law at the Universities of Regensburg and Hamburg. She passed her first state examination in 2006 at the University of Hamburg, followed by the second state examination in 2008 at the Joint Legal Examination Office of the States of Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein and Bremen.
