Alvaro Paniagua is a first-year associate in the Corporate / M&A department in Spain. With a dual degree in Law and Business Administration, and a double master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Legal Advice to Companies, Alvaro is a very hard-working, sociable, and collaborative worker. He possesses an international profile and is passionate about Corporate Law and studying and applying the most technical and legal aspects of the profession, as well as constantly updating his knowledge and skills.
