Having spent over 20 years, in total, working as a banker, and now as a banking solicitor in the North West, Martin has been fortunate enough to have worked for many of the financial institutions based in the North West and advised a range of local borrowers, from family owned businesses to quoted plcs.
'Martin started his career at Natwest focussing on corporate relationship banking and since qualifying as a lawyer, and joining AG, he has advised lenders and borrowers on financing for investment properties, real estate developments, leveraged buyouts, corporate lending and structured products.
