Addleshaw Goddard's Manchester Banking Team has advised Barclays Bank Plc on its $20m loan facility to Learning Technologies Group plc for the acquisition of Rustici Software LLC.

The acquisition which took place in the US, with funding from the UK, will see Learning Technologies Group acquire Rustici's online learning company.

The AG team was led by Banking Partner Martin O'Shea alongside Caroline Gray, Ricky Walker and Michael Atherton.

This transaction is the second that the team has advised Barclays Bank on in the space of week, having advised on Elysian Capital's acquisition of toy manufacturer Sambro International.
