She has gained a wide range of experience working with both financial institution lenders and corporate borrower clients in relation to bilateral and syndicated facilities as well as conventional and Sharia compliant banking and finance transactions.

- Advised a global investment bank and a UAE lender in relation to the provision of AED 5.5 billion conventional and Islamic facilities to a leading real estate developer based in Dubai.
- Advised a UAE financial institution in relation to the refinancing of an AED 91.8 million term loan facility provided to a UAE headquartered cloud kitchen and food tech company.
- Advised a UAE lender in relation to the provision of an AED 96 million term loan facility to a major utilities provider based in the UAE.
- Advised an international financial institution and an Egyptian lender in relation to the provision of a USD 80 million term loan facility to an Egyptian telecommunications company.
- Advised a syndicate of UAE lenders in relation to the provision of an AED 900 million term loan facility and an AED 200 million revolving credit facility to a leading Dubai based real estate development company.
- Advised a UAE lender in relation to the provision of an AED 600 million term loan facility to an international hospitality group, specialising in the operation of hotels and resorts.
- Advised a UAE lender in relation to the provision of a USD 75 million Ijara facility to a UAE based Real Estate Investment Trust.
- Advised an Egyptian lender in relation to the provision of a USD 200 million term loan facility to an Egyptian telecommunications company.
- Advised the Dubai branch of a leading Singapore headquartered financial institution in relation to the provision of a USD 300 million revolving and trade credit facilities to a state-owned petroleum company based in Qatar.
