Lucy's experience includes:
- Acting for a large insurance fund in the sale of a £12m building in central Edinburgh;
- Acting for Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited in respect of their properties, linkspans, harbours and key transport hubs situated throughout the islands and peninsulas of the west coast of Scotland which includes intricate title investigation as well as transactional work in the form of acquisitions, negotiating new and variations of lease documentation, and general asset management;
- Acting for a retail client with a large Scottish portfolio in drafting and negotiating asset management documentation;
- Acting for a client specialising in disposals of leasehold liability in time-sensitive renunciations and assignations across an extensive property portfolio;
- Acting for clients in acquisitions of properties intended to facilitate new development projects;
- Acting for a telecommunications client in the drafting and negotiation of bespoke code agreements.
