Hannah is a legal director in the Structure Finance and Securitisation practice. Hannah has experience advising on a wide range of securitisation and similar transactions across many asset classes.

Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Hannah was a Director in an in-house legal team at a bank where she led execution and management of various securitisation platforms across the banking group.

Hannah's experience includes:

  • Advising on cash securitisations across asset classes including residential mortgages, credit cards, auto-loans, partner finance loans, corporate loans and wealth loans.
  • Advising on synthetic securitisation structures in the form of financial guarantees and credit-linked notes.
  • Legal advice in relation to the establishment of a ring-fenced bank and related advice on the ring-fencing rules, particularly in relation to securitisation.
  • Advising on M&A structures that utilise securitisation as a means of disposal, including in the context of NPLs.
  • Advising on regulated covered bond programmes. 
  • Forward flow transactions.
  • Regulatory aspects of securitisation, including significant risk transfer transactions.
