Donna is an Associate in the Real Estate Disputes team in Manchester.  Donna acts for a variety of clients on a broad range of Landlord and Tenant 1954 Act lease renewal work. Donna assists the team and clients with landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, break notices and the recovery of rent and service charge arrears. In particular, Donna has considerable experience of acting for a well-known high street chain on a portfolio of properties dealing with landlord and tenant issues. Work on a day-to-day basis includes 1954 Act notices, proceedings and serving break notices.
