Sandra Mohand Oussaïd is a Managing Associate based in our Luxembourg office and specialises in corporate law.
She advises private equity and real estate clients on a wide range of corporate and finance transactions, including international M&A, management incentivisation, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and exits.
Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Sandra had worked as senior legal counsel in the Luxembourg office of an international investment management firm, active in real estate and private equity and as lawyer in international law firms in Luxembourg.
