Katherine is a Legal Director in our Real Estate division with 14 years' experience in the sector. She deals with all aspects of non-contentious commercial property work with a focus on sales, acquisitions, development and letting work as well as general management matters. 

Katherine acts for a number of institutional clients in the office, retail, industrial and hotel and leisure sectors including British Land, Columbia Threadneedle Investments, Schroders and Travelodge Hotels Limited. 

Katherine's recent experience includes:

• acting for British Land on a number of disposals including the sale of 120,000 sq ft retail park and asset management matters including complex/high value lettings at Meadowhall Shopping Centre;
• acting for Columbia Threadneedle Investments on sales and purchases across the portfolio and asset management matters including high value office lettings;
• acting for Travelodge Hotels Limited on acquisitions of new development sites including a major development in central London.
