Nicola is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution (Regulatory) team in the Dublin office. She advises public sector bodies, regulators, and corporate clients on a broad range of regulatory and disciplinary matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Her experience includes acting in fitness to practise inquiries, regulatory investigations, suspension applications, and High Court proceedings. She regularly advises on complex and sensitive regulatory and professional conduct matters.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Nicola worked in the agri-business sector, advising clients on regulatory compliance, agricultural support schemes, and wider commercial issues affecting the industry. She worked closely with clients to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and sector-specific requirements, delivering practical and commercially focused advice.
