Joel provides strategic and proactive advice to his clients on the protection of their IP, ensuring any protection that is being obtained or maintained, or any enforcement that is being pursued, serves a commercial purpose. He advises on all aspects of brand protection, from creation and clearance of new brands, prosecution of global IP filing programmes, enforcement and defence of IP rights in opposition and cancellation proceedings and maintenance of IP rights.
