Expertise

James is a real estate development solicitor, specialising in affordable housing matters.  He has over 10 years’ experience acting for registered providers of social housing, local authorities, developers, housebuilders and institutional investors across a broad range of real estate and development matters. James has a particular focus on joint venture and partnership arrangements (particularly public/private partnerships), and regeneration projects.  This covers the life cycle of a development project – from corporate, funding and tax matters on establishment, through to land structuring, development matters, and sales.
