- Part of the core team on the £202m acquisition of Perivale Park for SEGRO and then working on the high value lettings.
- Leading on the purchase of a strategic asset for SEGRO of an industrial park next to their flagship industrial and warehouse development at Slough.
- Leading the delivery of the asset management work on logistics assets. Highlights including working on the roof top solar roll-out and letting of a logistics premises with an annual rent in excess of £2m pa.
- Blackstone - Leading a team of cross discipline specialists on the acquisition of the £1.5bn Network Rail Condor Portfolio by Blackstone and Telereal Trillium (Arch Co).
- Trammell Crown Company LLC - Advising a real estate investment fund on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Telford Homes plc which has a current development portfolio with a total project cost of £1.32 billion.
- Realty – Advising on the UK real estate aspects of the client's first UK investment acquisition. Acquisition of 14 food stores all let to a national supermarket chain. The existing leases were re-geared and varied. Reversionary leases were granted to increase the income stream.

- Sale and purchase of various multi-million pound properties for development purposes
- Working on the letting and development strategy of out-of-town retail parks.

- Working on the purchase of a portfolio of over 150 high street retail premises let to a national pharmacy chain. Leading on the ongoing letting, sale and development strategy.
- Leading on the lettings for an out-of-town retail park including development pre-lets.
