Expertise
Isabel is an Associate in the Financial Regulation team and a member of the Payments team.
Her experiences include advising e-money, acquiring, and cryptoasset businesses. She has advised on FCA authorisations/registrations, new product/feature launches, and regulatory compliance projects, including the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act.
Most recently, Isabel has been working with UK Finance on a number of policy initiatives, such as account closures and variable recurring payments. She has also assisted on the regulated aspects of corporate M&A transactions within the FinTech space.
Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Isabel has an extensive industry experience at Checkout.com, Microsoft and Paysafe Group.
