Sophie is a partner in our Employment practice. She has expertise in a wide range of employment-related matters including sensitive dismissal cases, reorganisations, employee participation processes, HR policies and support in M&A transactions. Her specific focus areas are flexible employment relationships and HR-related data protection. She advises national and international clients in various sectors, including pharmaceutical, hospitality services, energy, retail, financial and business services and telecommunications, on matters such as dismissals of directors and (senior) managers, collective redundancies, internal investigations, restrictive covenants, and works council processes. Her clients value her for her in-depth expertise, and hands-on, pragmatic and strategical approach.
