EXPERTISE
Connor joined Addleshaw Goddard LLP's corporate team in 2020 following completion of his traineeship. He has experience across a broad range of corporate matters, which includes advising on corporate structuring and re-organisation, due diligence and corporate governance.
Connor has recent experience working with clients on mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, joint ventures and private equity bolt-ons. He has also recently assisted Norwegian clients based in Stavanger and Oslo with UK Counsel diligence.

- Synova portfolio company AllClear on its acquisition of the InsureandGo;
- Charnwood Molecular on its acquisition of Aurelia Bioscience;
- Phenna Group on its acquisition of The IASME Consortium;
- Lucion Group (a Palatine backed portfolio company) with its bolt-on acquisitions of Aberdeen Protection Services Limited, Landform Surveys Limited, Ground Engineering Limited and Midland Survey Limited;
- A local council in respect of a joint venture agreement with a high-profile energy company to deliver a green hydrogen production, storage and distribution facility;
- An upcoming clean technology EV charging business on equity arrangements and a £9million fundraise.
- Norwegian based industry and energy companies on their UK investments and acquisitions, which includes service providers to the oil and gas sector;
- Waldorf Group on their company re-organisation and group structure;
- Luxembourg based real estate funds in connection with its disposal of UK properties.
- Hong Kong based real estate funds in connection with UK elements of its company restructure.
