Expertise

Connor is an Associate in the Aberdeen Corporate team. He has experience across a broad range of corporate matters, including advising on corporate structuring and re-organisations, due diligence and corporate governance. He has also assisted Norwegian clients based in Stavanger and Oslo with UK Counsel diligence and business acquisitions.

Connor has particular experience working with clients on mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, joint ventures and private equity investments.

Experience

Advising Lucion Group (a Palatine backed portfolio company) with its bolt-on acquisitions of Aberdeen Protection Services Limited, Landform Surveys Limited, Ground Engineering Limited and Midland Survey Limited.
Advising Norwegian based industry and energy companies on their UK investments and acquisitions, which includes service providers to the oil and gas sector.
Advising Aberdeen City Council in respect of a joint venture agreement with bp to deliver a green hydrogen production, storage and distribution facility.
Advising AAH/Aurelius on the disposal of the Lloyds Pharmacy portfolio of pharmacies across Scotland and England.
Advising D2Zero Group on their acquisitions of OSL Consulting Engineers Limited, Kelton Engineering Limited and KC Controls.
Advising ICR Integrity on the sale of MOSS Mechanical On-Site Services.
Advising The Openwork Partnership on its investment from Bain Capital.
Advising Foresight Group on its investment into Quality Food Products (Aberdeen).
Advising Axiom Equity on its acquisition of Black Rainbow Holdings and its investment into Risk Ledger.
Advising Pheonix Equity Partners on its investment into Minerva’s Virtual Academy.
