Magdalena advises UK and international corporates, financial sponsors and management on private equity transactions (buy-outs, bolt-ons and ongoing platform advisory work), local and cross-border private M&A deals, VC type investments and corporate reorganisations. She focuses primarily on retail (food & drink), financial services, technology and hospitality & leisure sectors.
Magdalena is dual qualified, both in England and Wales and in Poland.
