His advice encompasses the full investment lifecycle – executing initial transactions, managing portfolio companies and bolt-on acquisitions, implementing management incentive plans, and delivering successful exits.

- Advising CVC Capital Partners on the disposal of its majority stake in the Hellenic Healthcare Group to PureHealth Holding PJSC in a transaction that valued HHG at €2.2 billion.
- Advising the management shareholders of BETA CAE Systems International AG, a leading provider of multi-domain engineering simulation solutions, on the sale to Cadence Design Systems, Inc. for $1.24 billion.
- Advising Intermediate Capital Group on:
the sale of the UK based digital transformation business 6Point6* ;
the sale of, and reinvestment in, the UK based asset management data business With Intelligence*;
their investment in leading global fall protection supplier Kee Safety; and
their investment in the UK based music education business the British Institute of Modern Music.
- Advising VetPartners, a portfolio company of BC Partners, on the expedited divestment of certain assets to Linnaeus Veterinary Group pursuant to a CMA divestment order.

their investment in the cross-border European online pharmaceutical business Atida; and
their acquisition of UK car manufacturer Morgan Motors.

their investment in UK healthcare provider Tunstall;

their investment in the French based B2B and B2C exhibition business Comexposium*.
- Advising Mount Anvil Group on the acquisition of Ares' interest in its property joint venture.
- Advising Growth Capital Partners on its investment in, and subsequent sale of, the consultancy business Chaucer Group.
- Advising the founders and management team of fintech business Account Technologies on the sale of a minority interest to US investment fund Atalaya Capital.

the carve-out and subsequent sale of the Butterkist popcorn business to KP Snacks from Tangerine Confectionery, a Blackstone portfolio company; and
the subsequent sale of Tangerine Confectionery to Valeo Foods.
