Nikki is a Legal Director in Addleshaw Goddard’s commercial disputes team with a broad practice spanning high value and complex commercial litigation, shareholder and corporate disputes, and civil fraud.  She has an extensive expertise in business protection litigation, advising on urgent injunctive relief and pursuing or defending claims for damages and loss of profits. Nikki is highly experienced in enforcing restrictive covenants, safeguarding confidential information and managing fast-moving and strategically sensitive issues that arise in team moves and competitive threats.

Nikki also has also developed an in-depth knowledge of the legal and governance considerations arising from AI technologies – insight she brings to broader commercial disputes practice.
