- Acting for the shareholders of CatSci Limited on the private equity investment into the company by Keensight;
- Advising Panoramic Growth Equity, Maven and Emerald Capital Management on the management buyout of Bullet Express;
- Acting for the shareholders of RoukenBio on the growth investment from Northedge;
- Acting for Aldella Food Production on the growth investment from Halal Products Development Company (a PIF company);
- Advising Spring REIT on the disposal of a property portfolio comprising 83 properties across the UK to an entity controlled by Itochu Corporation;
- Acting for Scottish Equity Partners on the sale of Peppermint Technology to Litera;
- Acting for the majority shareholder of AMSBIO on the sale of the company to Europa Biosite;
- Advising the SIHL Group on the acquisition of Trichord (now Perigon UK)
