• lead solicitor on a high profile vessel charter transaction with increasing public interest with notable banking financing elements;
• lead solicitor on a vessel charter transaction for the filming of a Netflix series with a cross border and bank financing elements;
• support on multi-currency ship building contracts for new build vessel over the value of £40 million under the Spanish tax lease system;
• support on €9 million vessel sale and purchase transaction across 3 jurisdictions involving a Canadian court purchase and private financing documents;
• support on a £30 million company refinancing with international elements, including working closely with Hong Kong counsel and other international parties.
