EXPERTISE 

Having trained with Ashurst in London, Helen joined Addleshaw Goddard on qualification as an Associate within the construction team and specialises in all aspects of non-contentious construction work. Helen has experience acting on large-scale, mixed-use commercial and residential regeneration and development projects for a variety of large developers. Her experience includes reviewing, drafting and negotiating warranties, professional appointments, deeds of assignment and novations, as well as various other ancilliary agreements in a variety of sectors including logistics, retail, office and residential. She has been involved in work for developers, purchasers, tenants, banks and public sector bodies and has also carried out due diligence work on large property acquisitions and forward funding, working alongside other teams including banking and real estate.

• Assisting on the forward funding of a logistics warehouse at Symmetry Park, near Swindon, to Legal & General, advising Panattoni as developer.
• Assisting on the acquisition of the Johnson Estate, London, by Arax Properties and Eurazeo from Derwent Water.
