- Advised European and UK corporates and entrepreneurs facing allegations of conspiracy, breach of contract and intellectual property misuse.
- Advised a global bank opposing a contentious restructuring plan concerning a €1bn European real estate development project.
- Defended an international bank in High Court litigation and Competition Appeal Tribunal collective proceedings arising out of alleged FX manipulation.
- Acted for liquidators alleging fraudulent breach of directors’ duties and dishonest assistance arising out of an investment scheme.
- Acted for a Nasdaq-listed sports data technology company in a standalone High Court competition claim.
