Gillian is a Managing Associate in the Commercial Disputes team, having joined in May 2026. She has been based in UAE since 2018 and has also completed a seven-month secondment within an international financial institution, working as part of its Litigation, Regulatory, Investigations and Employment team.

Her practice covers a broad range of commercial and financial sector disputes, with particular experience before the ADGM and DIFC courts.

Gillian also regularly represents clients in arbitration, including proceedings under the rules of the UAE International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), the UK Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
