- Acting as co-counsel with a US law firm on a multi-national reorganisation, advising on licence applications, environmental permits, trade effluent discharge consents, and compliance with UK REACH and the CLP Regulation.

- Assisting a global confectionery manufacturer with obtaining a permit variation and interim regulatory approvals for a new combined heat and power plant.
- Supporting an online food delivery company on their packaging waste record-keeping obligations.
- Advising the administrators of an asbestos removal contractor on the environmental aspects of the business sale, including the transfer of regulatory licences and permits.
- Guiding the management team of a global furniture retailer in updating regulatory compliance policies, addressing sustainability concerns, and enhancing ESG practices.
- Acting for a Saudi Arabian automotive distributor on environmental and regulatory compliance ahead of its UK market entry.
- Advising on complex issues arising under the EU biocidal products regime.
Disputes & enforcement
- Defending an automotive parts supplier against a prosecution for alleged breaches of a noise abatement notice.
- Advising an EV manufacturer on self-reporting environmental regulatory breaches to the Environment Agency and OPSS regarding battery producer responsibility.
- Successfully appealing a civil penalty imposed under ESOS, achieving a 70% reduction.
