Aidan is a Managing Associate in the Banking & Finance team in the Dubai office and joined Addleshaw Goddard in January 2025, having spent over a decade with Pinsent Masons in the UK and Dubai.
Aidan specialises in corporate finance and leveraged finance, acting for major financial institutions, corporate borrowers, sponsors and private credit funds across the GCC, APAC and Europe. Aidan also has a wealth of experience in the areas of real estate finance and development finance and has advised some of the UAE's largest financial institutions on both green financing and sustainable finance transactions.
Aidan frequently advises clients on syndicated cross border transactions and is uniquely placed to advise on both conventional debt structures and Islamic financing structures.

- Advised a leading UAE financial institution in connection with an AED 1,320,000,000 syndicated term loan facility provided to one of the region's largest healthcare providers to support the group's acquisition and growth strategy.
- Advised a leading UAE financial institution in connection with an AED 1,000,000,000 revolving credit facility agreement provided to Aldar Properties.
- Advised First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC, Emirates NBD Capital Limited and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC in connection with an AED 600,000,000 revolving green loan facility provided to Tabreed in support of the group's green financing framework and strategy.
- Advised HSBC, Intesa Sanpaolo and The Norinchukin Bank in connection with the US$ 150,000,000 construction and term loan facility provided to Besix Plenary Education (a joint venture between public infrastructure developers Besix and Plenary Group) for funding the development of Zayed City Schools, an award-winning PPP social infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi.
