Sandra de Andrés is a Counsel in the employment department in the Madrid office with more than 20 years of experience. Sandra has extensive experience in advising international clients in all areas of Employment and Social Security law.
She provides advice on business restructurings, on the transfer of employees, labour disputes, drafting of senior management contracts, employee compensation schemes, in the labour implications of corporate transactions, etc.
She advises clients in a broad range of industries including energy, consulting, private equity, retail or technology.
Some of the clients she has advised include, among others, EDP Group, Sonae, GFT, GreenVolt, Capza, GED Capital, Hispasat, PageGroup or Seaya Capital.

- Advice to EDP Energías de Portugal and EDP Renováveis in the employment matters on the €2.7 billion acquisition of Viesgo from Macquarie, including the reorganization of the leadership team and the preparation of the incentive plans.
- Advice to EDP Group on the employment matters related to the transfer of 50% of the Aboño Coal Plant to Corporación Masaveu.
- Advice to Sonae on the employment matters on the €400 million deal related to the merger between Perfumerías Arenal (investee company of Sonae) and Druni.
- Advice to Canon Europe and Canon Spain on the transfer of a business unit.
- Advice to Capza in the employment matters of their main deals in the Spanish market, including its investments in La Finca, Aercal, IMF International School, including the negotiations and drafting of the senior management contracts and the benefits and incentive plans.
