Fraser Dawson is a Partner in Addleshaw Goddard's Corporate team, based in our Abu Dhabi office. He advises on a broad range of M&A and corporate transactions, including venture capital, auction processes, joint ventures, secondary buyouts, co-investments, consortium arrangements, restructurings, convertible loan issuances and trade sales.

Having practised across both Europe and the Middle East, Fraser has represented leading financiall investors, multinational organisations and prominent regional corporates on complex, high-profile and market-leading transactions. He combines international best practice with extensive experience of the Middle East market, enabling him to deliver commercially focused advice on both domestic and cross-border transactions.

Uniquely amongst his peers, Fraser is a CFA® charterholder, obtaining his qualification from the CFA Institute after passing all three CFA Program examinations in three consecutive years. The CFA designation is globally recognised and attests to a charterholder’s success in a rigorous and comprehensive study program in the field of investment management and research analysis. He also holds the CFA® Private Equity Certificate and Advanced Private Equity Certificate.

Fraser recently returned to Addleshaw after spending three years at NEOM Investment Fund where he undertook the roles of Executive Director (investments), Board Secretary and General Counsel.
