Jugwal is an associate in the Competition/Distribution department at Addleshaw Goddard in Paris.
He advises on French and European competition law, merger control, foreign investment controls in France (FDI), and distribution law.
He represents French and international clients in investigations concerning anticompetitive practices, merger transactions, and FDI procedures. He regularly works on multi-jurisdictional matters requiring analysis of notification thresholds and control criteria across several jurisdictions.
Jugwal also assists clients in designing and implementing antitrust compliance programs, and delivers tailored training, including dawn raid simulations and bespoke compliance workshops.
