Adam is a 5PQE English law qualified commercial lawyer with a focus on outsourcing, commercial contracting and digital infrastructure. He assists clients on strategic outsourcing and procurement matters for public and private clients, including regulated outsourcing projects. • Negotiated and implemented a suite of strategic, regulated intra-group outsourcing arrangements for a UK-based clearing bank 
• Negotiated and implemented a number of strategic, regulated outsourcing arrangements (BPO and ITO) for a UK-based pension insurer 
• Drafted and negotiated a complex management services agreement for a property investor in relation to the carve-out and sale of three hospitality sites
• Assisted a Middle Eastern corporation in negotiating and implementing a range of software licensing, bespoke software and platform development, SaaS integration, logistics, and consumer agreements 
• Negotiated and drafted a suite of colocation agreements across the Middle East for a global technology provider
