He assists clients on strategic outsourcing and procurement matters for public and private clients, including regulated outsourcing projects. - Negotiated and implemented a number of strategic, regulated outsourcing arrangements (BPO and ITO) for a UK-based pension insurer
- Drafted and negotiated a complex management services agreement for a property investor in relation to the carve-out and sale of three hospitality sites
- Assisted a Middle Eastern corporation in negotiating and implementing a range of software licensing, bespoke software and platform development, SaaS integration, logistics, and consumer agreements
