- Advice to Vapat Inversiones Empresariales on the acquisition from Colonial of three office buildings located in Madrid. Deal value: €300 million.
- Advice to Mapfre in the sale to Acciona of three office buildings located on Orduña and Llodio streets, in the district of Fuencarral-El Pardo, one of the areas that is being transformed the most in the capital. Acciona's strategy after this acquisition is to reposition the assets for residential use.
- Advice to Amazon in relation to lease, construction and turn-key agreements of several logistic warehouses and plots of land in Spain.
- Advice to El Corte Inglés on the sale of a real estate commercial asset in Madrid (calle Alcalá 108).
- Advice to Atalaya, Andbank's investment fund managed by Navis Capital, on the purchase of the Lanzarote Beach Hotel, located in the island of Lanzarote.
