Jo is a Legal Director in our Real Estate division, with over 25 years' post-qualification experience in the sector. She deals with all aspects of commercial property, focussing on sales, acquisitions, the development and letting of property and general landlord and tenant matters. Jo has experience across a variety of sectors, which in recent years has focussed in particular on the shopping centre and retail sectors. 

Jo acts for a number of the Firm's key institutional, developer and PropCo clients

• Acting for a developer landlord in connection with a proposed re-development and pre-let of a former office block in central Manchester. Conditional Agreements for Lease have been exchanged and Jo continues to advise on rights of light and other property matters in the lead up to submission of the planning application
• Acting for institutional clients on several sales of office buildings within the City of London; in relation to the sale of both retail and industrial portfolios; and the acquisition of investment property in the hotel sector
• Acting on behalf of various landlord clients in connection with all aspects of landlord and tenant work at a number of large regional shopping centres
