• Advising JD Sports on the property aspects of its disposal of non-core fashion brands to Frasers.
• Assisting a property developer in acquiring a distressed development site and advising on the structure of the eventual disposal of the developed plots.
• Implementing cutting-edge legal tech solutions to specific client matters.
• Assisting with the management of a shopping centre development including the grant of leases, renewals, alterations and general management support.
